"It would be great if the front desk was more informed on how to use transport in the city. They did excellent on the hotel transfer, but on how to arrange local bus tickets or hop-on-hop off tours would be extremely valuable for the customers. The breakfast price was very expensive for what you got, so it was definitely skipped for a stop at a cafe."

"The bed in the first room was way to soft for my back issues. Thomas was very helpful in relocating us to a better room and bed. The pool and spa were great when not overrun with kids."
