"The studio appartment was exactly what we needed as a family. We didn’t need a room too big as it was mostly a place to rest, but was very comfortable. The room had a long desk attached to the wall, which made it practical for my wife to do her online studies. Another thing I liked was that they had a small sink to wash your cups and cuttlery, a bigger bar fridge than the ones found in the more expensive rooms and a big shelf made out of wooden cubes, making it easy for you to store your luggage or shopping. The bathroom was simple, clean and had one toilet, shower and sink. The hotel is also close to the beach of Anse Vata and surrounding restaurants, making it an excellent location for those not familiar with the area."
"I wouldn’t say this is something I dislike but used to in New Caledonia, but don’t expect the same service you’d receive in prime touristic locations. When you request something such as a toilet brush from the reception, you will need to pick it up yourself. Otherwise, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful whenever they could assist."
