"We stayed here for one night, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There was no hot water available. When we requested even one bucket of hot water, the staff completely refused. Drinking water was not provided, which is very basic and unacceptable. The bathroom and washroom condition was really bad and unhygienic, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The room prices are too high compared to other nearby properties that offer much better facilities. I would strongly suggest looking for other options. Not recommended."
