"The hotel staff as well as the owner was cordial, sincere and attentive unlike all the other usual nepali hotels. Rooms were kept tidy and organized. Mountain and lake view was cherry on the top. Location is very close to the markets, restaurants. After a lot of bad experiences in other hotels of Nepal, Mandala was relief for us! We will choose Mandala everytime we visit Pokhara. Highly recommended!"

"On the first day, hot water didn't work. It was night and there was nobody at the front desk. So I took a shower with cold water. However, when I asked the manager to fix this on the next day, hot water worked."

"타멜 북쪽 조용한 골목에 위치한 제법 큰 숙소입니다. 아침에 창문 열면 새소리가 정말 듣기 좋습니다. 방이 꽤 넓고, 집기들도 잘 갖춰져 있고, 엘리베이터도 편리해요. 무료 조식도 계란요리, 시리얼, 과일까지 나와서 푸짐하고, 따로 돈 내고 시키는 요리도 저렴하고 맛있어요. 무엇보다 매니저와 스태프들이 정말 친절하고 잘 도와주십니다. 제 카드가 근처 ATM에 먹혔는데 매니저 분이 직접 은행에 연락해서 도와주셨어요. 트레킹 다녀와서도 묵어서 총 4박 있었네요! 편안한 숙소였습니다."

"We like very spacious and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated with all the needed facilities. It was the biggest and the most comfortable suite among all other our bookings in Nepal. It was warm inside during Decrmber. The shower had good pressure and hot water. There is a 1000 steps Temple of Goddes Kali Temple within reach (maybe 45 min), so one can make an easy hike and go down by local paths among the villages to the other side.. You can also find a French cheese shop not far."

"주인 아저씨가 정말 친절하세요. 계속 편하게 해주시려고 노력하시고 가족같이 도와주시려 해요. 공항 픽업부터 택시기사님과 직접 나와주셨기에 택시비도 비교적 저렴할 수 있었어요. 방이나 화장실, 침구 등이 모두 엄청 깨끗하고 뷰가 환상적이에요. 이 정도 가격, 위치에 이 정도 뷰는 최고라고 생각해요. 피스 파고다도 산책 삼아 걸어갈 수 있는 거리예요! 식당에서의 뷰도 정말 좋아요. 우기가 아니라면 더욱더 꼭 추천해요. 제가 원하는 대로 일정을 맞추어주시겠다고 투어나 여러 액티비티나 구경거리들도 다 연결해주실 수 있다고 하셨어요. 그래서 숙박기간 중 직접 스쿠터에 저를 태우고 도시 나들이도 시켜주셨어요. 저는 시장에 갈 일이 있어서 도움을 받았어요. 저는 우기에 조용히 쉬러 갔기에 액티비티들을 이용하진 않았고, 원하시는 분들은 다 맞추어 편리하게 잘 해주실 것 같아요."
