"We liked its remoteness, it was very warm and quiet. Not too far from town."
"The toilet was downstairs. The bathroom had no fan, everything got steamed up. If you opened the window, the bugs would come in. Cob webs 🕸 outside the bedroom doors, above the bed. The seaview was only from 1 bedroom but couldn't see on a rainy cloudy day."
"I loved the cottage! Stayed with my mum and 22mth old granddaughter and it was a great stay. Had everything we needed, good kitchen, lots of space, comfortable couches, bedrooms were wonderful, big comfortable beds and wonderful views! We loved the gardens, wildlife, deck & stunning views out over the orchards. The owner was lovely, easy to talk with and very accommodating, even brought us over a bbq to use as I asked about it so he was more than happy to bring it over which me and mum appreciated and enjoyed cooking our bbq dinner! Thank you for having us"

"In a wonderful, pretty area, set amongst a working kiwi farm. The area has many, a sight to see. Brian brought us the biggest, loveliest avo we’ve had in ages. And with the kiwi fruit season nearing, some amazing red kiwi fruit. Really chuffed."
"Satellite was a bit hit and miss. Need to be able bodied to take the stairs at night, down to the bathroom. We had no trouble."

"처음 맞이부터 숙소내부 청결, 편안함 모든게 만족스럽습니다. 부산에서 22시간 이상 걸려 당일 오전 크라이스트처치에 도착해 렌트카 픽업 후 갔던 첫 숙소였어서 너무 피곤한 상태였는데 따듯한 숙소에 몸과 마음이 다 녹았습니다. 강력추천합니다."

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
