"신경써서 숙소를 관리한다는 느낌을 받을정도로 청결했고 무엇보다 뷰가 매우매우 뛰어났다. 다시 퀸즈타운을 방문한다면 또 묵고 싶을정도로 숙소에서 바라보는 레이크뷰가 환상적이었다. 숙소앞에 높은 건물이 없어서 거실에서도 방에서도 (방한개는 거실과 같은 층 나머지 방 두개는 아랫층) 걸리는것 없이 창으로 아름다운 뷰 만끽 가능했다."

"아쉬없던 점은 특별히 없고 휠체어를 이용하는 일행이 있다면 계단을 내려와야한다는것이 불편할듯했다. 방충망이 있으면 저녁에도 문열어 놓고 풍경과 바람을 만끽할수 있었을텐데 뉴질랜드 특성상 방충망이 없어서 저녁에는 멋진 풍경을 통창 넘어로만 봐야하는것이 아쉬웠다."

"The dishwasher rack was broken i can only put in half the amount of dishes in there to get cleaned each cycle. The bin was pretty full outside when we arrived but the staff attended to it quickly. Can't open the windows at night due to bugs flying in."
