"We had the disabled unit (we didn't ask for this as we are not disabled) which was very spacious. It was good value for money on what was a very busy weekend in Auckland. Accommodation in the CBD was either fully booked or very expensive."

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Bay View apartment. It’s a small space, but practically laid out. Everything is clean and well-maintained, with no signs of deferred maintenance. Due to a delay with the ferry, we arrived late in the dark. That’s why it was nice that we were welcomed by Susan. Susan surprised us for my 70th birthday with a small cake for the two of us (prompted by our daughter). Still, a very thoughtful gesture."

"Very friendly receptionist. After checkout I left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back after a lengthy stroll through a rather hot and humid Auckland, the lady at the reception gave me a towel and I could take a shower before I left for the airport! Great service!!"
