"The property was clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful"
"It was about 1.5km from the town centre. The property is located high on a hill so the walk home is steep. Even if you catch a bus it only drops you at the bottom of the hill. It says bed and breakfast but the breakfast is limited to cornflakes, musli, tea and coffee. It is self contained but there is no kitchen sink. There is no room service."

"Lovely home - spacious, well-designed - with beautiful outside deck and view. Great location - 15 mins outside of small town with restaurants and bars. Easy access to beautiful walks, coastline and the many wineries. Finally, wonderful warm and friendly hosts. Recommend highly."

"처음 맞이부터 숙소내부 청결, 편안함 모든게 만족스럽습니다. 부산에서 22시간 이상 걸려 당일 오전 크라이스트처치에 도착해 렌트카 픽업 후 갔던 첫 숙소였어서 너무 피곤한 상태였는데 따듯한 숙소에 몸과 마음이 다 녹았습니다. 강력추천합니다."

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
