"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on that. We did go to the bar a few times and enjoyed the live music... We stayed over the NYE period and it was a good value for money. The location is great as it is a short walk down to the beach. Parking was free and close to the hotel."

"The windows don't open in the bedroom and the aircon is not too great. The air in the room and corridors felt stale and stagnant. Needs a good breeze through the place to refresh the air."

"Great location, near the beach and upscale neighborhood in Muscat. Friendly staff and helpful the front desk manager was super nice and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Great value . Highly recommend."

"It is a big hotel with everything you usually get. Breakfast is good, except for the coffee, you better ask for black coffee! Breakfast is in the Family Room that rather looks like dark hole, not attractive at all! Staff at reception are not very friendly, just doing their job. Location is far from the souq if you don't have transport!"

"This was a terrific option in a city that seemed to have few options for budget accommodation. Staff were friendly; there's an on-site restaurant if you don't want to head out; and it's an easy 20-minute walk to the corniche and souq. My room was large and had a desk. The bathroom was small bad entirely adequate."

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"
