The staff was also great and very helpfull - we were able to leave our luggage while we were on a 5 day trip around Cuscu. Thank you so much for a nice stay"

"Customer care was exceptional. We had a major problem with a Machu Picchu booking that was cancelled a few days before departure. The hotel staff stepped in and arranged it all for us, transport, hotel, entrance and guide. We have a lot to thank them for. Breakfast was exceptional and definately the best we've had in Peru. Pedro at breakfast was professional, very attentive and ensured the best quality food and service was delivered. We must thank all the staff, Saul and others who we are sorry we don't have their names to mention individually. Thanks to you all for making our stay memorable. Gill and Nick"
