"Nice breakfast, very kind staff, location is good, but due to recent flooding, many of the nearby roads were closed, so was awkward to call/get dropped off by ubers/indrive. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, nice views and overall a good time!"

"The staff was very friendly and kind, helping and giving support every time it was needed! The breakfast was very good and balanced! Even during the days I had to leave before the breakfast, they prepared some food so I could take it and eat by myself! It is not too far away from the city center, taking around 10 minutes to reach Plaza de Armas."

"We had a really lovely, cozy room. The breakfast was really great up in a beautiful rooftop room, coffee and tea and even for my partner who is vegan although she couldn’t have the bread they prepared her a fruit bowl which was something. Really close to town also and they let us keep our luggage at the hotel whilst waiting for our bus. Staff were really friendly also"

"Absolutely love our stay here, the room could do with a little update but it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were lovely and so friendly!! A nice location just a couple of roads away from the main busy roads"

"The only down side is if you are in a room at the rear of the hotel, the road traffic can be quite noisy and there is only single glazing fitted."

"Loved the location. Just a 10 minute walk into the heart of old town, with all the old buildings to explore. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to chose from. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned ajd beds made nearly every day. Staff were great as well. Breakfast was excellent every day."

"편안히 쉴 수 있었고. 좁은 돌바닥 골목길을 트렁크를 가지고 옮기기 힘든데 포터가 도와주었어요. 아침일찍 투어를 갈때 저녁에 먼저 도시락 싸갈수 있게 세팅해 주었어요"

"The place is full of history and style. Very much fond of it and the atmosphere it gives. Loved the decore mixing traditional Inca heritage and colonial European style. And the territory is huge indeed and it is a pleasure to wander there with peacocks walking freely We didn't use the pool but it look spacious. So we enjoyed pisco sour nearby in the bar (the hotel does pisco itself, that's cool). The staff was very friendly and always ready to help"

"Such great value for your money! The location is pretty central, a few meters from plaza de armas. It's near tons of shos and restaurants. They also have a spa and an ATM right in front. The rooms are simple, sufficient and are very clean. I asked for a heater and they were able to lend me one. There was one night when I could hear music from outside but I was able to sleep thru it so I din't mind it that much. I think this is typical for the area since the buildings share walls. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend."
