"The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but there is a store nearby that is open until late, making it very convenient. Breakfast is a light American breakfast. When I visited, they upgraded my room and assigned me a much larger one. The hotel entrance is always locked, and the front desk staff will unlock the door after checking who is there, so there were no security issues. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay."

"Great breakfast. Great snacking and drinks session. Slippers. Cake left in room. They really know what a 5 star service should mean. We stayed in "The Level" floors. Which is a bit more expensive, and which I recommend strongly, the advantages more than pay for themselves. Probably the most five star of five star hotels I've ever stayed in."
