"The staff was super duper helpful. We had to arrive in the middle of the night, and the communication was smooth with the staff beforehand on WhatsApp. The room was clean, a bit small, but fine. Didn't notice we booked a package with a shared bathroom, but it was very clean, and I couldn't complain at all. The breakfast was OK, coffee, egg, and bread. The rooftop balcony was really nice. We got small gifts when checking out. This bought some bonus credits from me (laugh). With this price in Lima, it was worth staying! BTW, highly recommend you book the shuttle service from the hotel. The airport pickup place was caotic, and Uber was extremely expensive."

All communication through google translate, which worked well given our basic level of Spanish. There are some reviews about not feeling safe in the area, but we are a family and all felt the area was fine. Easy enough to walk around to get some food and see the market etc - but not so much to do for longer. Nice to be in an area that wasn't a tourist area."
