"It has a excellent location, 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas. Personal Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Big room and hot water."

"The bed sheets were not completely clean."

"The building is alright and the room was spacious and fine. All in all, the location and the cost of the room was fine and we accepted the short comings without problem."

"However, unfortunately there was water on the bathroom floor and no safe in the room."

"The staff were great, helped us with laundry and even packed us up an early breakfast before we checked out. The room was a good size and the shower was very good."

"The bedroom floor was a little dirty and the location is a bit out of the way but nothing major (an easy 10min walk straight into the centre)."

"Nice room and building in general. Checked me in early as my bus arrived very early."

"Sheets were clean but stained. Not a safe area of the city to stay. My friend who used to live here said not to walk at night. Changed hotels after 1 night."

"Great experience, very personable staff and excellent balance between price and quality. 101% recommended 👋🏻"

"Aucun."

"Dostępność, personel na recepcji"

"Brak ciepłej wody"

"Chambre confortable.

"The breakfast room is located on an upper floor terrace with views of the city and mountains beyond."

"The TV reception and internet was poor. Traffic very noisy with honking of horns, braking and load speakers on public buses every minute or so."

"I liked that the room had an electric teapot. I was able to boil water to fill my water bottle. I prefer this to buying so many plastic bottles. The location is great with a couple coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the square too."

"The breakfast left a bit to be desired. Need more choices."
