Alka is located in Ustronie Morskie, only 120 metres from the sandy beach. It offers warmly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi, as well as volleyball court and a game room for children. Each room at Alka features an LCD TV and wooden furniture. There also is a modern bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests can use spa facilities at surcharge. They include mud baths, a variety of water treatments and a sollux lamp therapy. Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. There also is a café in the lobby. Alka is situated 1.5 km from the Ustronie Morskie Train Station.

"The entertainment options are amazing: bowling, pool, billiards, bar, air hockey, children’s zones (both indoor and outdoor), and some activities provided by the hotel, e.g. evening sausage on fire. They changed our room to one with a better view without any hesitation. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay much more comfortable. The biggest plus for us was that most of the staff speak English, while neighboring hotels do not have English-speaking staff at all, which makes communication here much easier."
