"The wifi was a bit strange - it did work good for my phone, but my laptop had issues - it detected all the time duplicate IPs on the network, then tried reconnect with another address, and all over again. Until now - my laptop did not had any such issues elsewhere. But I solved this my turning on the hotspot mode on my phone and connecting to the wifi via it."
