"The Internet was poor. If you need to use the Internet for work purposes, don’t stay here. I raised this with the staff at the Reception and they said they knew this was a problem and could not promise better Internet service even if I changed rooms."

"The room cleaning service wasn't great. They don't clean your room unless you request it the day before. We requested one but then had to go to reception and chase it up as they hadn't done it. Then all they did was give us clean towels. They didn't make the bed or empty the bins. They failed to replenish the tea bags etc or provide clean cups. It was very poor. The central heating was on full blast and the room was incredibly hot. They had boxed in the controls so we couldn't turn the radiator off. We had to sleep with the air conditioning on all night which was very noisy."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful old building and is right next to the city walls. The old town was right on the doorstep and everything was in easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was very comfortable."

"Breakfast could be better. There is an EV charger in the parking lot, but it’s just a regular socket, not a Type 2 station — you need to bring your own charger. Access to the parking lot is not very straightforward."
