Folwark Hutta is located in restored and renovated farm buildings, which date back to the 18th century. Folwark Hutta features bright interiors and views of the Koleśne Lake. Its rooms come with free Wi-Fi. Folwark Hutta consists of two separate buildings and a detached house, where two rooms are located. All rooms at the Hutta come with wooden features, and most feature a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. Each has a spacious bathroom with a shower. Guests can swim in the lake. Outdoor barbecue facilities are provided, and guests can enjoy lake views from the terrace. Breakfast and other meals are available in the on-site Komosianka Restaurant. It specialises in Polish cuisine including the property's and regional ingredients. Folwark Hutta is located within Wigry National Park, just a 5-minute walk from its private beach at the lake. Suwałki Railway and Bus Station is only 5 km away. Cycling and hiking trails are available nearby.

"This guest house is located in a very beautiful place, by the lake. During our morning walk, we encountered local forest deer. We arrived in winter when there was a lot of snow, and we felt like we were in a winter fairy tale. The rooms are very warm, comfortable bad, staf was friendly helpfull and welcoming. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were exceptionally delicious. A real gem, we will definitely return here. Dog-friendly. An excellent experience. I recommend everyone to enjoy the charm of this place."

"A very beautiful place. Having morning coffee on the terrace with a view of the lake is wonderful! The room has everything you need, it’s clean, and there were no problems with a late check-in. The breakfast was delicious and varied — we only regretted staying for just one night."
