"The room was very cosy, comfortable and homely. It was very clean and a great location as it is 10 minutes walk from the main square and Wawel Castle. Near a tram stop and about 20 minutes walk from a train station. Lots to eat nearby and the cafe downstairs is well priced with good food."

"It's very close to a tram line so the trams are loud. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping it will disrupt your sleep as the trams run from 5am and keep going until after 11pm. Very good earplugs and a white noise machine help but not totally. It may be a common problem in krakow but I booked it as many reviews said it was quiet and peaceful which were wrong."

"Duvet a bit small for 2. Requested one more, staff brought in within 10 mins. Need to switch on hot water only (don’t switch on both hot and cold together) in order to keep hot water flows out smoothly during shower."

"It is well situated, an easy walk into the centre. Nice cafe next door, convenient for breakfast at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean and value for money"

"There was a problem with the water in the shower. It would go from hot to cold for a period of 20-30 seconds. There was very hot in Krakow when we where there (33-34 degrees Celsius) so in the room was hot too. There was a fan but it was not enough. But maybe it happens not often in Krakow."

"The room was very nice and clean, with spacious bathroom and small kitchen corner, and balcony. It's located just a couple of minutes from the castle and 10 min from the old town. There's plenty lovely cafés and restaurants."
