"Communication re checking in was poor. Going back 2 weeks I sent pictures of ID & credit card. On day of arrival there were no details re check in . After hours,of texting I got details. There were 2 box #3, and thanks to another guest there, I finally got keys. It was very frustrating. Because of a bar next to the apt, there was a noisy nightvlife all night until about 2 a.m. and I was up at 3 a.m. for an early flight. (I know the noise is not the fault of the apt manager)"
