"It’s large, quiet and spacious. Has pools and a spa, a full bar and restaurant. Breakfast is a very ample buffet with lots of choices. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Wi Fi was fine. Each room seems to have a balcony, although mine had no furniture and some have better views than others. Lovely grounds."
"I wasn’t driving so found it a bit isolated from the sites and amenities of Sintra. Taxis are relatively cheap and easy to come by, however. It is getting a bit tired, decoratively - chairs and sofas a bit ‘saggy’ and need re-upholstering and some little things like lift buttons and safe buttons need a bit of wrangling to work. Water pressure could be better."

"It is really weirdly located in a residential area that is near nothing commercial/leisure - without a car your food options are zero Swimming pool is pointlessly cold and if you're going to ask people to use towels from the spa reception then you need to have people man it past 6pm when the pool is open until 10pm Cot for our 2 year old needs replacing, it was torn and one leg was wonky"

"We really had a great stay. Our first room was in the new building - the beds and facilities were really comfortable but we had an issue, which reception very kindly resolved by moving us to a different room inside the hotel. This room was just as comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. Loved the quiet surroundings, the breakfast and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. Ample free parking too."
"The only thing I could possibly fault is the comfort and cleanliness of the sleeper couch. The rest was all great!"
