"위치가 너무 편리하게도 폼발역ㅇ앞이라너무 편리했네요 특이 식당은평점 만점드리고싶어요 신선하고 훌륭한음식이 아주 만족스러워습니닫 게다가 식사때마다등장하시는 지배인께는 별5개드립니다 친절하고 상냥하신 모습에 특히감사를드립니다 앞으로 강추합니다"

"엘리베이터는 조금불편했어요 하지만 아주 미미한 부분이예요"

"제가 묶었던 룸에 침대가 넓은개 1개, 작은개1개가 있어서 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 좋습니다(바로 앞 정류장 및 지하철역 있음)"

"위치 시설 모두다 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 보이는 공원에도 크리스마스 마켓이 제일 크게 열려 창밖 풍경도 예쁘고 리스본을 대표하는 호텔답게 시설도 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 완벽했던 숙소였습니다."

"지하철은 물론 바로 앞 공원 광장에서 Hop On&Off 버스를 탈수 있는 장점이 매우 좋았다. 공항과는 택시로 20분. 주변의 전통 및 일반 음식점도 품격있었지만 기대이상으로 저렴하였고, 리스본 사람들은 보기와는 대르게 매우 친절하였고, 안전하여 여행하기 적합하였다"

"호텔은 비쌋지만 더없이 좋았는데, 포르투항공 TAP는 정말 엉망이었다. 런던 히드로 경우한 짐이 실리질 않아 하루가 지난 다음날 밤 자정경에 호텔에 도착. 그동안 마음 졸인것과 세안도 옷도 못갈아입고 회의에 참석하는 불편함과 수모를 항공사 측에 정식으로 항의 접수시켰다. 어떤 반응을 보일까 기다려본다. TAP 타지말고 KLM이나 에어프랑스 등 이용하길 권장"

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The location is great as it's connects to everywhere and the station and buses are just outside. I had beautiful views of the parque and the statue."

"Hotel is in a perfect location, close to buses, metro and sightseeing tours. Our room was a good size, perfect for our stay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable . Housekeeping came in everyday and made beds, replaced towels etc. My kettle broke on the second day, after a call to the desk, it was replaced straight away. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style, very fresh and a great selection. Overall, I would stay again."

"Location: very good, Metro station (blue line) and public transportation by the door. 20 to 30 minutes walk to the main tourist attraction. A few good restaurants in the area. The park is across the street with a Hop-on-hop-off bus station. Breakfast was good, diverse, and very well presented."

"The hotel was fantastic and I would 100% stay here again. The location is excellent—very close to local facilities with great public transport links nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay."

"The only minor issues were that the bathroom tap was a little dirty upon arrival, and my room wasn't freshened up or replenished on one of the days. However, I’m certain the staff would have resolved this immediately if I had asked; I just happened to be in the room for an hour during the day when they likely would have serviced it."
