"We didn't have the suite we loved the look of in Booking,com and were initially disappointed, especially as it was foggy so we couldn't see the views, but the next morning the views were brilliant and we loved it. I was also delighted to receive a bottle of bubbles and biscuits in our room as it was my birthday."

"When called reception to ask for milk to go with the coffee and tea in the room was abruptly told by a man Portuguese do not take milk in coffee!!! To either go to the restaurant or order via room service. Disgraceful, don’t put coffe/tea facilities in room if you’re not going to supply milk. This is the first time ever not had milk to go with the drinks."
