"Great little hotel in a very good location. We went to Carnival and it’s a short walk to the Sambodrom. Fairly short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants as well."

"Excellent location just on the riverfront with easy access to the beach area. Several blocks from the bus station but easy to walk without big bags. The room we had was adequate, probably in need of a makeover, but clean and comfortable. The public areas of the hotel are excellent, particularly the pool and restaurant. We had some special diet requests that the restaurant handled very well. In fact we ate there both the nights we stayed as it is probably the best restaurant in the area. People were coming in from outside the hotel. Breakfast was good too."
"Time to refresh some paintwork in the rooms and maybe update some furniture. Nothing dirty or broken though and all linen fresh and clean."
"The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet was simply awesome. I also liked that the hotel has a restaurant with very good food and reasonable prices and a mini market if you quickly need some water or a snack. All in all, it was a great experience. Muchas gracias."

"Serious problems with water pressure in bathrooms. Bedrooms giving on to front of the hotel are very noisy. We managed to change rooms to a very quiet a pleasant room but continued to have water pressure problems"
