"The house is well-equipped, clean, with two large dining areas/tables that were perfect for our large group. Great view on the mountains from the terrace. The house is around 30-min away walking from the center of Cilaos, it's a steep walk upwards so we had to use our car for all trips."

"The house is next to the road and to dancing facilities, so it was noisy until the early morning (music and motorbikes)."

"Il y avait des travaux à proximité...pas de chance. La proximité de la RN5 et le manque d'ensoleillement sont les deux petits points défavorables, mais insuffisants pour ne pas apprécier le séjour."

"Silent residential neighborhood, 10mins from StLeu (lively place), 15 mins to the 'geyser rocks' or 15mins other direction from Ermitage (beach) by car. Parking on the sidewalk, 10 metres from your doorstep. Room located in the garden, stunning view of the bay from balcony upstairs, with a nice pool. Same terrace you can eat at and use the hosts' kitchen. Very nice and flexible hospitality, English spoken (rarity!). Good value stay. Separate own bathroom 6 metres from room, no problem. Give it a chance!"

"What a very fine, spacious, clean and comfortable bungalow, in the mountains with a breathtaking view over the forests and the Indian Ocean, surrounded by nature. Short drive or 30min hike from to the riverside with countless waterfalls and pools. Quiet and peaceful , all you hear is the indigenous birds and some roosters from the neighboring farms.
