It was fine. Rooms are a but dated. If the phone doesn’t work why have it in the room?

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

The pool was not open. I asked very day but the reception staff failed to tell me that the hotel had an arrangement where they would take you to a different hotel to use the pool at no charge . I was also told that I didn’t need to check out of my room until 12 noon but I then received I call saying I should have to check out by 12 am .

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

"아침식사는 만족스러웠으나, 조금 아쉬운 점은 아시아 국가인 대한민국 사람으로 아시아 음식이 조금이나마 준비가 되었으면 하는 아쉬움이 조금 남았습니다. 세계적으로도 어디에서나 찾을 수 있는 김치라든지, 쌀국수 같은 아시아계 음식들도 준비해주셨으면 하는 생각이 듭니다."

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. The room's decor: the furniture is very large and heavy and takes up a lot of space.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"This place was a wooowww. The staff and entertainment were incredible they really tried to make sure we had a great time. Good food option and rooms nice and clean. Will definitely recommend and come back."

No air conditioning in the beach bar. Mosquito can attack you easily 😅

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"
