"내륙에 들어간 곳에 위치해 있고, 후반에는 약간의 비포장길을 달려야 합니다. 하지만 11월까지 눈이 쌓이진 않는다고 합니다. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 혼성 도미토리의 더블 침대에서 잤는데 침대 역시 아늑하고, 공기도 좋습니다. 공용 주방이 없어 식사를 해야 하고, 약 4500ISK 정도 가격이고 아주 맛있었다. 작지만 사우나와 야외 욕조가 있어 쉴 수 있었고, 식당과 작은 박물관 역시 편안했다."

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Very relaxing and cruisy vibes. Great walks and nature right at the door. The sun shines more here than Hong Kong central. 3 days was not long enough. Recommend 5 days here. Loved the ferry ride from the city and no cars on the island."

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"직원들도 매우친절했고 일찍도착하여 큰짐들을 맡기고 여행했는데 흔쾌히 맡고 미리 체크인도 진행하여 우리가 여행하는동안 안전하게 미리 숙소까지 옮겨다 두었으며 일행중 숙박중에 생일을 맞이한 분이 있었는데 알리지 않았는데도 파티에 쓸 와인 선물까지 너무나 고마웠습니다. 물론 시설도 완벽했습니다."

리셉션과 라운지등에 모기가 있어요. 물리면 간지럽고 많이 부어요. 다행히 방갈로 객실에는 없었어요.
