"1. Cazarea a fost "MURDARA". Podeaua nu au fost nici măcar maturata inainte sa ajungem. Șosetele se innegreau după nici jumătate de ora de stat în apartament! 2. Nu am avut apa calda în prima zi, trebuia sa sun proprietarul pe video sa se uite la boiler si sa ne explice cum sa repetam eroarea! 3. Saltelele erau pătate si inconfortabile, simțeam toate arcurile. 4. Nu aveam unde sa ne punem hainele, sertarele aveau pete de jeg si strat se grasime. 5. A fost lasat un biscuite muscat si mucegait la întrare. 6. Pe tavan erau insecte, si si in baie. 7. Pentru aceste inconveniente, proprietarul nu a vrut sa ne facă nici-o oferta, a zis doar ca "problema trebuia sesizata din prima zi""

"Curetenia lasa de dorit. faptul ca am avut lenjerie de pat pentru 4 persoane , iar rezervarea am facut o pentru 6( gazda ne a raspuns ca a uitat!!!)"

"Apartamentul a fost murdar, par in baie, apa iese in toata baia cand faci dus, am incercat sa dam cu mopul pentru a sterge pe jos, acesta era plin de par si murdar. Usile erau murdare, draperia din sufragerie la fel. Cearceaful acoperea doar salteaua, ca o patura,nu avea dimensiunile necesare pentru a pune marginile sub saltea, ne-am trezit cu el tot strans sub noi. Fata de plapuma era arsa, mizerie sub paturi, tocatorul din bucatarie era lipicios, nu era spalat, frigiderul la fel. Garnisa din sufragerie rupta, masa la fel. Plita murdara, peretii patati si scorojiti."
