"Elegant, spațiu generos, 2 balcoane umbrite de tei,castani și smochin, flancat cu ghivece de muscate. Totul nou, Elegant, cu stil și prețios. Baie mare, cu geam de aerisire și tot designul nou. Pat f confortabil. Canapea extensibila generoasa. Aer cond performant. Flexibilatea, promptitudinea, prietenia și caldura gazdei. Strada liniștită. Supermarketuri aproape. Un five to go aproape. În 5 min se ajunge la faleza. Eleganta, liniște, casa de artiști. Excelent pt grup de prieteni. Voi reveni."

"Vila este amplasata într-o zona liniștită, o străduță doar cu case. De asemenea, vila este foarte aproape de plaja, la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos. Eu am avut apartamentul de la mansarda unde exista 2 balcoane, unu la dormitor si celălalt la living (+aparat de aer condiționat). Apartament spațios, aerisit, modern."

"Nu a fost asa deranjant dar, in zona de living poate ca ar merge o mica chiuveta pentru spălarea vaselor deoarece este si loc de luat masa si exista si aparate pentru ceai/cafea dar si plita."

"Perfect location, in less than 5 min you're on the beach. The villa is really beautiful and you'll have the entire second floor available. There are 2 pretty large rooms and you'll find a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine (I don't recommend cooking there, but it's ok for grabbing a quick meal). There are also 2 blaconies where you can have breakfast in a very pleasant atmosphere (there's a linden tree right in front of the house."

"Great location, comfortable and warm. Very close to the venue I attended for a local music Festival. Also right next to a good cafe and convenient Mini Market. Good transport links nearby too (Metro, Tram and Bus). Shower was v good, internet connection was strong. Washing machine was v useful too. Also a short walk to the local Uni Campus which has Starbucks and other food/drink outlets."

"This studio is a total gem! The decor is chic, the furniture and bedding make the place feel high-end and super cozy. I only stayed one night, but with the extremely well-stocked kitchen (tons of pans and cutlery), it would be perfect for a week-long stay. The bed was very comfortable, there’s a great TV, and the owner provides a brilliant welcome booklet that answers every question you could have. Location: Fantastic! Just a few minutes from the town center and East Maidstone station, and only 10 minutes from the West station. Summary: Very happy with my stay. Great style, great location, and a great host. 10/10!"

"Easily accessible, close to a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, bars. It was clean, had all the necessary appliances, air conditioning, kitchen, the room was big and the bathroom looked like it was new. Travelled with my girlfriend and a friend, me and my girlfriend had complete privacy thanks to the separate bedrooms. Good sound isolation, the street below was always very busy but we could barely hear anything, one of the best places you could stay at in Costinesti. And all of this for only 600 lei for 2 nights and 3 people. Favorite part was the fact that I didn't need to pay money to eat at overpriced restaurants thanks to the kitchen. 10/10 would come here again"
