Apartman UNA

"Good lication - close to Lazarica church"

"Smelly, dirty, no internet wifi or TV service.Next time in Krusevac - I would avoid it..."

"The apartment is well-cleaned and fully equipped, with a great location. There's a gas station and the excellent "Restoran Palas Kruševac" nearby, offering affordable prices and delicious food."

"Oh, unfortunately, there’s a lot to share. Firstly, there was no internet; I mean, WiFi was technically available but without any actual internet access. Upon check-in, the owner asked for an additional fee for it, even though the listing stated “Free WiFi.” When I reminded him of this, he said, “Don’t worry, the internet will be up in 1-2 hours.” Unfortunately, it never worked, and we had no internet for the entire stay. It was quite difficult to find the place as there were no clear instructions. Luckily, there was a Lidl store nearby with free WiFi, which allowed me to contact the owner. The owner came out to meet us in the rain, which was unexpectedly kind, given his later behavior. Initially, he asked me to cancel the reservation; I didn’t quite understand why, but I refused since I would have to pay both for the stay and a late cancellation fee to Booking. I also didn’t like that he was very insistent on me leaving a good review on Booking because he has four children."

"Clean and spacious apartment, polite and friendly staff Overall very satisfied"

"A horrible experience"

"The person in charge told me to meet at a different address to the one I booked. Then I met him at the new location (15 min away from the initial one) and he was drunk and still drinking beer. Then he told me that this is the free apartment and when I saw it it was a room in the lower ground level (basically a basement), very mouldy, smelly and it was just one tiny room (a converted shop) with the small kitchen in the same space and a bathroom. What I booked was a whole apartment and this was so horrible and disgusting. Then when I complained, he asked me to cancel my booking so that I had no chance to leave a bad review. I said no. I also had no choice but to spend the night there. I paid the amount I was supposed to pay but he hesitated giving me change as well. It was just the worst experience ever! Now I saw that he marked my booking as “not checked in” as he’s aware of me leaving a bad review and wanted to avoid it. I hope this helps others in the future."

"EVERYTHING!"

"Freshly washed sheets and towels, the owner is very nice and friendly and takes care for special demands. Overall very good for the price."

"Apartment still need to be painted and the parking is not reserved, you can pay and park in front of building or for free behind the building if there is any free space."

"Apartman je na vrhunskoj lokaciji, sve vam je blizu. Izuzetno je cisto u njemu i ima sve potrebne stvari za ugodan boravak. Domacini su izuzetno ljubazni i predusretljivi. Izasli su mi u susret maksimalno i dozvolili da se cekiram ranije nego sto inace treba. Totalna preporuka za ugodan boravak u Carevom gradu."
