"위치는 조금 외진 곳에 있지만 도시 전망이 내려다 보이고 스탭들이 정말 친절합니다. 단순히 친절한 것을 넘어서서 무언가를 부탁하거나 필요한 것이 있다고 이야기 하면 정성을 다해서 반드시 해결을 해주는 것이 아주 인상적이었어요. 성심성의껏 우리를 도와준 게스트하우스 매니저 Hilary, 유능하고 상냥한 총괄 매니저 Winnie, 그리고 가성비 높은 맛있는 요리를 해 주시는 쉐프님, 꼼꼼하게 살펴서 방을 관리 해 주시는 아주머니 까지… 집 같이 편안하고 가성비가 아주 높은 숙소였습니다."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The airport pickup was efficient. The hotel is located in a quiet area and a short walk to local shops and places to eat. There was warm water for a shower. Wifi was good throughout."

"I was attending IAS 2025 conference at the Kigali convention centre. It was just 4 minutes drive. Winnie and her team got me a very nice and cooperative taxi driver. The hotel team were all very friendly, supportive and happy souls. Their meals are sumptuous."
