"The place is very clean and calm. With the infrastructure (shops, restaurants and public transport) the place will grow into a proper oasis of calm and tranquility"

"The difficulty when ordering a taxi to Medina and back to the property The care taker was not up to his job, asking for tips and good reviews, not speaking any other languages apart from Arabic so communication was difficult The pool was undergoing reconstruction so no possibility of swimming. Apparently there is an indoor swimming pool but the care taker was not able to show it to me"

"Th property is in the developing area .Hard to find taxis/ public transport to move around.the drainages of the bathrooms were not built to the standard as having shower means wetting all the bathroom,water goes around even around the toilet seat which was so uncomfortable."

The person who checked me in sat straight in my room asking me my name, passport number, and phone number, all information of which he already has on booking. The whole process took me more than ten minutes. No English spoken and the person doesn’t read very well either. So good luck with practicing your Arabic pronunciation of numbers."
