"Great villa and fantastic hosts in Judith and Richard. We had a private pool, private villa and had a blast. We did not have a car during our short stay but Judith offered to drive us around for a small fee, very pleasant. Nice location to visit the nearby beaches, the takamaka rum distillery and just enjoy the vibes at the natural granite pool in the jungle."

"It lays on a hill, so just be prepared to not be able to walk to the beach without a little hike. Not really a bad thing but something to be aware of."

"Having a few days at Bois Joli in the middle of our vacation was exactly what we needed. Being surrounded by nature and having total privacy was just amazing. The pool is gorgeous, built on the natural granite, making it fit in perfectly with the surroundings. The villa is very comfortable and luxurious, and cools well thanks to the airconditioning, making sleeping no problem. We loved that there was nice warm lighting for the evenings inside. We had no car, but the lovely hosts offered to drive us for groceries if needed. We also walked down the hill twice for groceries. Its a steep climb in some bits and takes about 15mins, but we were very ok with that! Judith and Richard are very sweet and made us feel very welcome."

"Beautiful location, lovely hosts, wonderful cabin with everything you need and a very comfortable bed! Very clean which is important to me and the towels are kindly changed often. Good location to drive and explore the island as Victoria is close and also the beaches of the south are not too far. We drove a maximum of 20 minutes and explored Mahe by car. We loved Petite Anse, Perrys Grills and the spice garden! We definitely preferred our stay here as opposed to the 5 star hotel we stayed in in Mahe."

"Exceptional place and exceptional hosts. Beautiful place with a nice pool area. We really enjoyed our stay at Bois Joli and the hosts are so nice. I really recommend the takeaway catering available at the place - best food we had on seychelles. Very good value."

"The accomodation was simply amazing with perfect location (best beaches like Anse Royale, Takamaka rum destillery or shops and food trucks). You feel there complete privacy, almost like the whole jungle is just for you. The owners were amazing as well, telling us about Seychelles, giving us tips what to do, really exceptional service. I never give 10/10 because you “never know” if this is the best, but I am sure of it here. If we ever come back, we are surely staying here!"
