"신혼여행으로 방문했다. 시설은 넓고 깔끔했다. 자전거 대여, 거북이 먹이주기, 짚라인, 스노클링, 수영장, 산책, 식사 등 전반적으로 매우 좋았다. 한국인의 경우 한 달에 두세팀 밖에 없다고 한다."

"식당이용(특히 저녁식사)과 관련해 매우 당혹스럽고 어처구니가 없었다. 식당이 5개 이상 있다고 홍보하지만, 메인로비에서 미리 예약하지 않으면 이용할 수 없다는 걸, 숙박 당일 저녁에 해당 식당에 가서야 알게 됐다. 심지어 예약이 꽉 차서, 숙박기간 내내 식당을 이용할 수 없다고 안내했다. 안내하는 직원의 태도도 매우 불친절했다. 결국 총괄매니저를 불렀고, 분노를 표출한 끝에 다음날 밤 9시에 한 자리가 빈다고 해서 예약했다. 식당이 10시에 끝나는데, 선심쓰듯이 9시에 예약해준 것도.. 솔직히 어처구니 없었다. 식당 운영방식이 그렇다고 하더라도, 무려 5개월 전에 숙소를 예약했음에도 불구하고 이런 내용이 전혀 안내되지 않아서 매우 당혹스럽고 화났다. 그동안 세계 30여개 국가의 다양한 호텔, 리조트를 다녀봤지만 이런 경우는 처음이었다. 부킹닷컴 예약 페이지에 안내라도 제대로 해놓아야 할 것이다. 그 외에는 다 좋았다."

"The hotel is large and very nice, with a great overall atmosphere. It has 2 beautiful beaches, one on the north side and one on the south, offering different views and settings throughout the day so you don't need to get out of the hotel much. Also, there are tortoises within the facility that guests can interact with for about 30 minutes daily, which is an interesting added feature."

"Considering the price point, we expected a bit more attention to detail, especially in the rooms. While the overall property is beautiful, some aspects of the room did not fully reflect the level of quality you would anticipate for that rate. A bit more care in maintenance and finishing touches would significantly elevate the overall experience."
