"Very kind staff, willing to help store luggage between arrival and check-in. Found out my room was already free and let my store my things there. There are plenty of shared facilities, including a kitchen. When I found out my key card didn't work on the second morning, the lady at the reception helped out quickly and within no time I could go back to my room. Had a nice chat with the cleaning lady each morning, she's really cool! Overall I had a very pleasant stay and felt properly taken care of as a solo traveller in a hostel/hotel."

"I really liked the atmosphere ( I find it very interesting that the property was previously a shopping center :) ) The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was equipped with toiletries, the breakfast was versatile and delicious."
