"Reggelit nem kértünk. A híres lestini evangélikus fatemplomba (világörökség védett) sajnos nem jutottunk be, írtunk a lelkésznek, aki azt írta, hogy nincs nyitva: szombat 10-kor."
"A reggelihez begyújtott kályha füstje behúzódott reggel a szobánkba. Érkezés: kissé pontosabban lehetne leírni, hol találjuk meg a szállást, mert a házszámok nem egyértelműek. És ajánlom, hogy Alsókubin felől érdemes Lestint megközelíteni, a másik oldal felől, Liptóból egy kis, nehezen járható, hegyi út vezet oda"

"Pyszne śniadanie, właściciele otwarci na gości pod każdym względem. Cudowna pani gospodyni podarowała mojej koleżance okulary gdyż ta zgubiła swoje podczas jazdy na rowerze. Kolejna koleżanka zostawiła koszulkę rowerową w szafie w pokoju, gospodarze wysłali ją do domu koleżanki."
