"The interaction with the owner was excellent. He is attentive to customer needs and even assisted us in renting a car on the island, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. Breakfast was served à la carte, with two available options: scrambled eggs or toast with ham and/or cheese. The bathroom was equipped with only hand soap, with no shower gel provided, so it may be best to bring your own. Location is great, there are several very good restaurants within a 10-minute walking distance, making lunch and dinner convenient. The city also felt safe to walk around, even in the evenings, which added to the overall comfort of our stay."

"As previously mentioned, the breakfast selection was very limited, with only two options available. In addition, none of the staff on site, including those in the restaurant, spoke English or French, which made communication difficult. Finally, while the room was equipped with a television, there was no cable service, so it could not be used."

"Our favourite hotel in São Tomé and Príncipe! Very comfortable, clean room with AC, great setting in the middle of beautiful Santo Antonio, lovely staff and delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Príncipe!"

"Everything! The guest house is in a beautiful location, with good ambiance and wonderful staff. I had to make last minute changes to my itinerary, and Vasco was accommodating and very helpful. Transportation to/from the hotel was assured even if not requested and my stay was relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend a stay, for business or pleasure!"

"A localização central em Santo António foi um ponto a favor, embora houvesse algum barulho proveniente da casa da frente devido à presença de animais. O espaço era limpo, sendo o edifício cuidado e preservado como vimos poucos ali."

"Foi difícil contactar com os funcionários, visto que não existe ninguém em permanência. Por ter havido problemas com o acesso à internet devido a uma tempestade antes da nossa chegada, não nos foram fornecidos os dados de wifi e, assim, mesmo tendo havido resolução do problema de telecomunicações, não pudemos aceder até que alguém viesse no dia seguinte para nos facultar os dados de acesso... Da mesma forma, também não conseguimos obter ajuda para alguns pedidos de sugestões para conhecer melhor a ilha."

"Central, clean, and easy to find. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Also, offering some local coffee and cacao would add a lovely touch to the experience."

"I’d like to mention that the noise from nearby animals (from the neighbor’s house) can be a bit loud at times. It would be great if there were some improvements in soundproofing."
