"O pagamento é feito em dinheiro vivo e não por cartão. Isso criou-nos constrangimentos na hora de check-in porque não tínhamos informação sobre isso e tivemos que ir com o anfitrião levantar o dinheiro na ATM. Muito desconfortável e pouco profissional."
