"1) no lift.. my room is located at level 3. 2) very difficult check in process. no staff at the counter. you have to call the number provided. so for foreigner with no local no is quite difficult. the door bell at the sliding door was not functioning."

"very strategic. just 2minutes walk to Central Festival Hatyai, 5minutes walk to Asean Night Market. And the most important, staff very friendly and welcome me back to stay this place again. Enjoy at this hotel."

"Close to few places of interest, and not actually that far from Hat Yai town and yet still peaceful and chill even during the day. Room was big and the aircond was superb."

"Our receptionist when we arrived was super helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We had a super room with a large double bed at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. However, there was a different receptionist on duty when leaving and she failed to return our key deposit. I have requested that the 200baht is deposited in my bank account. The key was returned but the deposit was not. Apart from this I heartily recommend K2 hotel."
