"Basic accommodation but has everything you need, bed was comfortable and location is right on the main street in Kai Bae"

"It can be a bit noisy at night until the bars close so probably not ideal if you like an early night"

"I would recommend this place for you to stay if you want to be close to the beach and everything ! Walk to the beach is less than 10 min walk ! The staff are wonderful! I had a great time with the owner , she very welcome The room is okay, the bed feels amazing just a little nosy in the night because of the bars behind the room."

"We liked it so much, that we came back later for another 10 days. The staff is very cute and professional. The cook is fantastic. JJ very helpful, he has built his resort into the forest, so the very old high trees give lovely shade to the houses. The sea is perfect, warm and clear. And so many exotic birds you can hear and sometimes see. But if you want to stay there book far in advance. Some people stay there for months. Save Koh Phayam, it is still a paradise! Leave it like it is!"
