"The location was a little out of town, but close to all the areas where we wanted to visit on our stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He also recommended a nearby restaurant which was an excellent venue for dinner and entertainment. The room was clean, a very comfortable bed with a good sized bathroom. There were a few mosquitoes in the room on arrival, but the owner sprayed the room when we went out and they had all gone by our return a few hours later. Excellent value for money."

"It was overpriced compared to the local hotel prices in Mae Sot. The breakfast was very poor and nothing special. We paid far too much for an older place hotel that doesn't see much business anymore. The older grandparents who run the place really try and are very sweet, but the facilities need some updating and care as well as a proper breakfast for the price."
"Bed was small, uncomfortable and the breakfast was just eggs and toast. lots of insects and ants after a day. Room was never cleaned and the parking is small and minimal. Overall the price is far too high compared to other local hotels."

"ไม่ประทับใจกับการจัดการเหมือนไม่ค่อยดูแลปล่อยแม่บ้านทำอย่างเดียว 1. ประตูอลูมิเนียมล๊อคยากมาก เขี้ยวล๊อคฝีด ตัวกุญแจบางจนกลัวหักคารู 2. ห้องน้ำแบ่งระดับแล้วแต่ดันไม่เอาม่านมาใส่ให้แยกส่วนเปียกแห้ง อาบน้ำน้ำเปียกทั่ว 3. ก๊อกน้ำหลวม สายฝักบัวรั่ว ลูกยางปิดสะดืออ่างหลุดแล้วเอาไปขัดไว้กะก๊อกเวลาล้างอะไรต้องระวังไม่ให้ร่วงลงท่อ เรารำคาญเลยแกะลูกยางมีเมือกลื่นๆ ออกเอง 4. ทิชชูหน้ากระจกใช้ทิชชูม้วนน่าจะเป็นแบบกล่องจะดูดีกว่า แล้วก็ไม่เต็มม้วนเหมือนต่อมาจากแขกชุดที่แล้ว 5. จองจาก booking ไม่รวมอาหารเช้าต้องซื้อเพิ่มหัวละ 50 กินเสร็จเราเกรงใจรึบจ่ายเงินแต่เขาบอกค่อยมาเอาเงินทอนตอนเย็น เงินไม่เยอะแต่มันไม่ได้ใจลูกค้านะคะ"

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."
