"The resort building reminded me of the Yellowstone Nat’l Park Lodge with its heavy wood throughout. A great experience having the resort mostly to ourselves as a base to visit in Loei Province. The staff were attentive to any request."
"Only meant as an observation but not a criticism. The resort like many others is underutilized for much of the time. We had the resort to ourselves with the exception of two ther families or couples during our three night stay. Water pressure could stand to be increased. The pool was needing service before it would be useable but as it is the “cool season” this was not an issue for us."

"The fitness room and swimming pool are not connected to the hotel and we thought the pool looked dirty and had not been filtered and cleaned on a regular basis. Good catering for vegetarian options in the restaurant, pity that you put meaty chunks in the vegetable stir fry and the egg fried rice. Perhaps a label in English would have helped on the serving table."
