"Excellent stay, super comfortable, clean, and well located. They recommended tours at a lower price, suggested an alternative way to get to Chiang Rai by bus, and explained how to book it. They provide water, coffee, and tea throughout the day and offer a simple but sufficient breakfast at no extra cost. Shower gel and shampoo are available. I will return here when I go back to Chiang Mai. Thank you for the quality of your service and friendliness. 🙏"

"Very much enjoyed my stay at Potae's! Everything is very clean, staff is friendly and plenty of restroom spaces. Staff leaves those aroma dispenser everywhere so everything smells fresh all the time! And the free coffee, fruit and water all day was a big plus. Overall had a great stay while exploring Chiang Mai"

"The bed was extremely comfortable in room 310, the housekeeping was great, the pool was amazing, but the furniture was very poor and the kitchen was very much poorly equipped. These condos are privately owned so cannot blame the complex. The complex itself is adequate, $500 on a new settee dining chairs and utensils I would not be telling you this unit ( besides the bed ) is very uncomfortable"

"Really lovely stay. This was a birthday reservation and they upgraded our room for free to a nicer second floor room with pool view. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was so clean with steady room cleaning service. Hot shower always. The pool feels really private and is super clean. The hotel is overall super well maintained and peacefull. Perfect for a basic yet high quality stay. Close to everything. The south part of the island is better if you are looking for a more secluded stay. But we had a scooter so no problem. The place is right in the center of the island so convenient for explorers like us ! Overall one of our best stays in Thailand as budget travellers! For people who don't splurge on hotels too much we were not disappointed to have done so with this one."
