"Property service and people were very calm,and I enjoyed very much… But I got an issue with booking.com by adding my credit card detail, because I have paid the cash at property and also my credit card charged the money included gst and I have complain so much of times but haven’t any solution yet …"

"La ubicacion y la habitacion es grande"
"Llegue justo al dia de año nuevo no tienen lockers en la habitacion pero es el lugar mas seguro donde poner tus cosas. Hay unas cajas pequeñas afuera en la entrada que puedes poner tu contraseña. Yo la puse pero me me pareció de confianza porque en la noche no hay persona ni seguridad. Al otro dia mi lockers esta abollado y se podía meter una mano. Pregunte la personal y me respondieron que podría haber sido una pelea qué alguien lo golpeó pero claramente se podía meter una mano y parecía la mano del llevador. Tuve suerte de no poner mis cosas de valor ahi. Dentro de la habitacion generalmente me toco gente Europea o de Australia por que nada desapareció. En síntesis en un hostel solo para dormir o pasar la fiesta pero Los baños son pésimos y muy pocos. Están sucios generalmente. Si sobrevives a este hostel estas preparado para la noche guerrera de Phiphi"

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."
"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
