"A lovely little place to stay in Douz, down a quiet street but not too far from the centre of town. The owner was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We were the only people staying there at the time and we caught a beautiful sunset from the rooftop. We even had the chance to witness some Eid celebrations, a truly unique and memorable stay."

"Amazing host, very beautiful terrace and nice light breakfast included. You can see the stars, sit by the fire and enjoy the tranquility of Douz at night. The whole place is very well looked after, greatly decorated and clean."

"I reserved an apartment, but I was given a simple room instead. I didn’t say anything to the owner because we arrived in the morning and only slept a couple of hours before leaving. We wouldn't have had enough time to use the apartment anyway. The room was fine."
"The people here are sincere and friendly, and the hotel features beautiful architecture with strong local character. The staff are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They even offered me a very good price for a day tour. Unfortunately, due to a flight schedule change, the tour did not take place. Overall, my experience here was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place."

"The host was very kind, answering all our questions and helping us to organize taxis, plans and trips to the desert. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cold desert nights. Breakfast in the morning was simple but appreciated. The location is a bit out of the main town (only a short walk) but quiet and peaceful. There's a beautiful rooftop to chill on. We loved our 3 night stay. Thank you!"

"Hassan was amazing. The facilities were absolutely stunning clean and had an amazing smell. The whole place had a family vibe. Hassan was friendly, and gave us dates and tea, complete freely. For people who are complaining about breakfast or silly things, please be realistic. This place is super cheap, you shouldn't expect a buffet breakfast. It's a bargain."
