"Excellent and very friendly staff who fully deserve the highest level of personal trust. The manager who arranged my stay (Said) left the apartment keys in advance. Even though I arrived about six hours before the standard check-in time, they did not charge any additional fee. Said and other staff members also helped with small but important things such as arranging a taxi, buying water, providing kitchenware, and other everyday necessities."

"It is a fully equipped apartment with everything you need for a prolonged stay in Istanbul. The living room is spacious, the bedroom is also pretty good. It's clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There's a free parking spaces on the street right in front of the hotel. The host Said is a very nice guy."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."

"트라브존에서 제일 숙소값이 씻어요 그래서 예약했고 호스트분이 상당히 친절하고 도움을 많이주셔서 좋았습니다:) 트리브존 버스정류장과(Otogar) 도보 10분거리에 있습니다 참고로 트리브존은 기존에 있던 버스정류장이 폐쇄되고 신식 버스정류장이 생겼으니 모든 버스는 신식 버스정류장에 하차한다고 보시면됩니다 트리브존 시내와는 도보 20-25분 떨어져있고 환전해야하는데 트리브존을 들리신다면 이 도시에서 하세요. 터키 3주있는동안 제일 환율이 좋은도시였습니다"
