"The hotel is located ideally making it very easy to explore the town. One should stay in Goreme because of the beautiful vibe the place has to offer. The owner Mustafa is an extremely polite and a very very helpful guy. 10/10 for that. His staff are also very courteous. He gave us a late-checkout and let us stay till our departure at 2:30pm for our flight. He did go out of the way to help and good customer service is all that any place needs to make up for any other shortcomings. The rooms are set up in a very enchanting way (caves) but, unfortunately, this advantage is not maximised."
"The rooms are very poorly lit. While the lights on the floors create a vibe, the bright lights in the floors are sometimes blinding and uncomfortable. There should be an option of switching to perhaps lights on the walls or hidden strip lighting. The bathrooms are very poorly lit and damp. As a result of this darkness, there are cleanliness issues e.g., there were spider webs inside the cupboard. The curtains in the room need replacing. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. This definitely needs addressing. The breakfast was very disappointing. While we visited in a low season but not having bread to be toasted is not ok. The rooms did not have a box of tissues (and they did not have it in the stock either). The WiFi does not work well (at least not in our room). These little things can have a big impact on your stay."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."
