"위치가 정말 좋아서 주변만 돌아다녀도 카이세리 관광을 거의 한 것 같았어요. 시장도 걸어서 갈 수 있을 정도로 가까웠고, 밤에도 안전하게 외출할 수 있었어요. 위치가 제일 큰 장점입니다."
"부대시설이나 규모는 설명이 필요 없지만, 오래 된 호텔이다 보니 에어컨이 약간 약하다는 느낌을 받았어요. 이 부분이 약간 아쉽지만 편하고 머물 수 있었습니다."

"Excellent location next to old city centre. Fantastic spa, with hot dry and wet/turkish saunas and a large swimming pool (20-25m and quite wide); free spa access from 7am until 11pm. We booked skiing transfers to Erciyes ski resort through reception - the cost was 500 Turkish lira per person for a return transfer (9am to the mountain and 17:00 back to the hotel; transfer only some 30min, shared in a minivan). Excellent breakfast with huge variety of tasty food. Restaurant upstairs open until 11-12pm depending on day, with nice view and not overpriced food, really enjoyed it even though wine there was on expensive side. All in all enjoyed our stay; staff very friendly, especially one of the female receptionists."

"Super comfy bed! Lovely view of the mountain from our room. Nice large pool and sauna and hamam available in each changing room. You must wear a swim cap but these can be purchased for around £1 there. Great location for the airport. Breakfast had lots of choice (not that tasty though)."
"Parking wasn’t fantastic as the parking lot for hotel was small. There is paid parking near by though if you do get stuck. Outside the hotel was busy and noisy which could be heard in the room at times."
