"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the location is just perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance. Special thanks to Gulzhan at the reception — she is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made my stay truly comfortable. The cleaning team also deserves praise — the room was always spotless and fresh. I especially appreciate the honesty and trustworthiness of the staff. You can feel completely safe here — they are genuine, reliable people. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! 💫"

"Roof top is under construction , which was a massive selling point for me. Jack hammering above my bedroom during the days was tough. Manager was lovely but couldn’t tell me when the roof top refurbishing would be finished. Little bit of false advertising on Booking.com. Breakfast was lovely. Ask to stay in the new building & not the old when reserving."
