"Not clean toilets, no English/Arabic communication with most staff."
"I like only doorman, because he was only guy who also speak English and he was very kind, park our car, took our suitcase and every time we need something he was translating to the receptionist."
"First time they put us to the room which was without balcony which we should have from description here in booking.com and room was very cold. Later when we complained they changed room for us then all was good. Also i didn’t like when morning i entered restaurant for breakfast (3 days in row) , personals they didn’t even say hello. And also i found spoiled vegetables in buffet."

"I don't know where to start. - Spa and sauna out of order, of course. - Not even one cleaning during a 3 day stay. - Huge glass wall but small television only behind the glass. - Showers dirty and extremely small - Breakfast ok - Staff cannot speak English AND poorly trained or incompetent - Electric shock every time you press the lift button (not earthed) - Rooms extremely noisy - I would definitely advise international guests against staying at this hotel."
